In a post from December 11, 2025, Grassley wrote: “Leaders from the National Faith Advisory Board & I talked abt my work to confirm Pres Trump’s judiciary noms for lifetime appointments https://t.co/eDIbbPB2FP”. The National Faith Advisory Board is a coalition of faith leaders that engages with policymakers on issues of interest to religious communities.
Later the same day, Grassley posted about healthcare discussions in southern Iowa. He stated: “Met w Kyle w Infinity Health serving southern IA Discussed health centers & importance of 340B program https://t.co/HfEfgssXVI”. The 340B Drug Pricing Program enables eligible healthcare organizations to purchase outpatient drugs at reduced prices to support services for underserved populations.
Grassley also congratulated Terry Branstad in a separate message. On December 11, he posted: “It’s an honor for me today to congratulate my good friend Terry Branstad. On this very day he will become the 26th recipient of what’s called the Iowa Award, our home state’s highest citizen award”. The Iowa Award is presented by the governor to individuals who have made significant contributions to the state.
Grassley has served as U.S. Senator from Iowa since 1981 and is known for his involvement in judicial nominations and rural health policy.
