The Senate Judiciary Committee has moved forward with the nominations of four U.S. Attorneys and three federal judges. The committee voted on December 11, 2025, to advance the following nominees:

David Clay Fowlkes was approved as United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas by a vote of 15-7. Nicholas Jon Ganjei was advanced for United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas with a 12-10 vote. Aaron Christian Peterson received a 14-8 vote to become United States District Judge for the District of Alaska.

For U.S. Attorney positions, Andrew Benson was nominated for the District of Maine and received a 19-3 vote in favor. William Boyle, nominated for the Eastern District of North Carolina; Richard Price, nominated for the Western District of Missouri; and Darin Smith, nominated for the District of Wyoming, each advanced with votes of 12-10.
