Senator Chuck Grassley has released his latest Capitol Hill Report, addressing several current issues before Congress. The report covers topics such as Thanksgiving, a recent federal judge’s decision to dismiss indictments against Letitia James and James Comey, and the Senate’s activities following the government shutdown.
Grassley also discusses the Senate’s work on confirming nominations and passing remaining spending bills. He highlights efforts to use the Congressional Review Act to roll back rules from the Biden administration.
Another topic in Grassley’s report is his ongoing call for transparency in matters related to Jeffrey Epstein. He also comments on Senate Democrats’ calls for military service members to disobey what they describe as “unlawful” orders, as well as initiatives aimed at reducing grocery prices.
