Des Moines home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Des Moines rose by $3,900 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 305 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,900 - a 3.1% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 363 homes sold in Des Moines in March 2018.
