Des Moines home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Des Moines rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 466 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 383 homes sold in Des Moines in October 2016.
