Des Moines home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Des Moines rose by $3,750 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 448 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,750 - a 2.9% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 421 homes sold in Des Moines in July 2016.
