Des Moines home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Des Moines rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 290 homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 5% increase over the $101,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 275 homes sold in Des Moines in February 2016.
