City of Des Moines issued the following announcement on August 23.
The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA) will break ground in early 2022 on a $25 million project that will be the culmination of over a dozen years of environmental work around the Des Moines metro.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6 p.m. at the Des Moines Central Library, 1000 Grand Avenue, the WRA will hold a public meeting to discuss the details of the Ingersoll Run Sewer Separation project – a major construction effort that will pose unique challenges along Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway throughout much of downtown over the next two years.
