International real estate company The Real Brokerage Inc. opened in Iowa on Oct. 4 for the first time.
The international, technology-powered real estate brokerage now operates in 36 states of the U.S., as well as Washington, D.C., and Canada, according to a release form the company. The new team in Iowa will see a unique model with 15 team members at its core that include agents and construction workers.

In addition to growing on an individual basis, The Real Brokerage's expansion also includes the joining of Coluzzi Real Estate, which is led by third-generation real estate investor Mitch Coluzzi, according to the release. Coluzzi has been the principal broker at the company since 2014, where he worked alongside local investors as both an agent within the construction aspect in addition to successfully flipping houses.
Operating across the country and internationally, Real Brokerage serves to build the future between agents and their clients by creating financial opportunities for their agents through better commission splits, best-in-class technology, revenue sharing and equity incentives, according to the release.
