Congressman Zach Nunn, currently serving Iowa's 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared his thoughts and initiatives through a series of tweets. Representing Iowa since 2023, after succeeding Cindy Axne, Nunn is focusing on understanding constituent priorities, education reform, and combating the fentanyl crisis.

On January 30, 2025, Congressman Nunn reached out to his constituents via Twitter to gather input on their top priorities. He urged participation in a confidential survey stating: "What are your top priorities? Please take our confidential survey so I can effectively serve you in Congress!"

Later that day, he addressed educational disparities by emphasizing the importance of school choice during a visit to HSA_DSM. He stated: "There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for education. Every child deserves access to a great education - no matter their zip code." His visit was part of #SchoolChoiceWeek.

In another tweet posted on January 30th, Congressman Nunn highlighted the urgent need to address the fentanyl crisis affecting Americans across various age groups. He remarked: "Fentanyl is the number one killer of Americans from my daughter’s age to my age. Something has to change." To combat this issue, he advocated for securing the Southern Border and cutting off supply chains at their source while working on legislation targeting the Chinese Communist Party.
