Congressman Zach Nunn, representing Iowa’s 3rd district, has been actively addressing various issues through his recent social media posts. As a member of the U.S. Congress since 2023, succeeding Cindy Axne, Nunn has continued to focus on both local and national concerns.

On February 20, 2025, Congressman Nunn highlighted the challenges faced by rural small businesses in accessing capital. He stated, "Rural small businesses deserve better access to capital to grow and create jobs. That’s why I cosponsored a bipartisan bill to expand investment opportunities and help small-town businesses compete on a level playing field."

In another post on the same day, Nunn addressed concerns regarding critical mineral exports from China. He expressed that "China has already banned export to the US of critical minerals like antimony, indium, bismuth & tellurium - essential for defense & semiconductors. Increased CCP control over companies like Korea Zinc would be a big threat to our supply chain. We must act to counter China."

Later that day, he reached out to veterans needing assistance with government processes related to their benefits. In his tweet, he offered support by saying "Veterans — do you need help cutting through government red tape to access your benefits? We’re here to help! Call us at 515-400-8180 or visit our website."
