Congressman Zach Nunn, representing Iowa's 3rd district since 2023, shared insights and personal reflections in a series of tweets. Born in Story City, Iowa, Nunn has been active in politics since serving in the Iowa House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019 and the Iowa Senate from 2019 to 2023. He holds a BA from Drake University.

On March 11, Nunn emphasized his commitment to reducing bureaucratic hurdles for businesses in Iowa. "One of my top priorities in Congress is to slash red tape that makes it harder for Iowa businesses to open their doors," he stated after meeting with AFPIowa to discuss support for local job creators.

Later that day, Nunn shared a personal milestone regarding his family life. "In 2023, Kelly and I adopted our daughters, Jayna and Aliya," he tweeted, expressing gratitude for the experience as one of life's greatest blessings.

On March 12, Nunn reiterated his legislative mission focused on bringing practical solutions from Iowa to Washington D.C. "My mission in Congress is clear: to deliver Iowa common sense to a broken Washington, D.C.! I will always fight for our community."
