On May 1, 2025, Congressman Zach Nunn expressed support for the efforts of his colleague, Jeremy Hunt, by highlighting Hunt's work with Veterans On Duty, an organization focused on veteran affairs. Nunn wrote, "Great to see my friend @thejeremyhunt yesterday. Really appreciate his work at @VeteransOnDuty to spotlight the efforts of veterans working across our government to keep America safe, strong, and free." Later the same day, Nunn addressed concerns from Iowa businesses regarding regulatory discrepancies. He noted on social media, "I've heard from Iowa businesses about unfair Labor Department practices where every discrepancy between state and federal regulations leads to another fine." He also conveyed appreciation for Secretary Chavez-DeRemer, acknowledging her approach to resolving these challenges: "Grateful for Secretary Chavez-DeRemer's time and for her solution-driven leadership to end this bureaucratic overreach."

In a subsequent post, Nunn reiterated his dedication to his constituents, emphasizing his legislative goals. He posted, "Iowans sent me to Washington to serve our communities. Zach Nunn, having been born in Story City, Iowa, in 1979, continues to reside in Bondurant. He holds a BA from Drake University, class of 2002.
