Congressman Zach Nunn has recently used his social media platform to highlight legislative efforts and events involving mental health for farmers, military service opportunities, and the future of cryptocurrency policy in the United States.

On July 15, 2025, Congressman Nunn posted about bipartisan work to improve mental health support for agricultural workers. He stated, "Farming is tough work, and mental health support shouldn’t be out of reach. Proud to join @RepFeenstra and @SenJoniErnst on the Farmers First Act to expand access to care and deliver real help to Iowa’s producers." The Farmers First Act is part of ongoing efforts by federal lawmakers to address high rates of stress and suicide among American farmers through increased funding for behavioral health programs.

Later that day, Nunn reported on an event aimed at supporting young Iowans interested in military service. In a post from July 15, he wrote: "Our team was honored to host a U.S. Service Academy informational session today. We had representatives from all 5 Academies at the Iowa Gold Star Military Museum to answer questions and speak directly with prospective students about the path to serving our country." Such sessions are designed to inform students about educational opportunities at federal service academies, which prepare graduates for leadership roles in the armed forces.

On July 16, Nunn addressed developments in U.S. cryptocurrency policy. He said, "President Trump is delivering on his promise to make the U.S. the crypto capital of the world. Great to sit down with @BoHines to talk progress, momentum, and how the CLARITY Act will unlock new opportunities for American innovation." The CLARITY Act refers to proposed legislation intended to provide regulatory certainty for digital assets—a topic that has seen increased attention as policymakers debate how best to foster innovation while protecting consumers.

The Farmers First Act was first introduced in response to rising concerns over farmer well-being due in part to economic pressures within agriculture. Service academy information sessions are routinely held nationwide as part of congressional outreach duties—these aim both at increasing awareness of career options in national defense and assisting applicants with competitive nomination processes required by law.

Recent debates over digital asset regulation have focused on balancing financial innovation with oversight; supporters argue clear rules can help cement U.S. leadership in emerging technologies such as blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
