Centering Prayer consists of building spiritual muscle through the letting go of thoughts and feelings so as to be fully present before God.
Centering Prayer will continue to meet via Zoom. People from Winterset, Altoona, Johnston and Urbandale have joined our Zoom group during our time online this past year! We discussed meeting in person at Grace and decided to continue the Zoom format for the sake of those who would have to travel a ways to get there. To join please contact honsey.julie@gmail.com.
