Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds plans to deliver her Condition of the State address Jan. 11 at 6 p.m.
“Iowa PBS will be providing a livestream online, and it can be watched on the governor’s Facebook page," a release from the governor's office stated. "Satellite coordinates will be released closer to the address."
The governor will give the address at the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines. This is Reynolds' fourth annual address since becoming the first woman to be elected governor of the Hawkeye State in November 2018.
Reynolds, before charting new goals for 2022, will likely discuss progress on her 2021 goals, which included tightening Iowa’s economy, expanding education, extending broadband statewide and improving access to health care.
Reynolds is the 43rd governor of Iowa; she first took the office in 2017 after former Gov. Terry Branstad was named ambassador to China.
