Congressman Zach Nunn, representing Iowa's 3rd district since 2023, has recently shared several updates on social media. Nunn succeeded Cindy Axne and previously served in the Iowa House of Representatives and the Iowa Senate. Born in Story City, Iowa, he resides in Bondurant and is a graduate of Drake University.

On March 21, 2025, Congressman Nunn praised Iowa’s first female governor for her leadership. He stated: "As Iowa’s first female governor, @IAGovernor has led with grit and determination, making our state the best place to live, work, and raise a family. She’s a true Iowa icon, inspiring countless women and leaving a legacy of leadership—fighting every step of the way to put Iowans."

In another update posted on March 22, 2025, Nunn commented on a significant legal development involving Sarah Root's case. He remarked: "After 9 years, justice for Sarah Root is served. Thanks to @POTUS’s commitment to safety of all Americans, Eswin Mejia will finally face justice. This marks the end of a long fight for Sarah’s family."

Later that day on March 22nd, Congressman Nunn encouraged families planning trips to Washington during spring break to reach out for assistance with tours. He noted: "Spring break is here! If you’re planning a family trip to Washington this spring, make sure to call my office at 202-225-5476 or visit https://t.co/K78HDKEj3I to arrange your tour of D.C. landmarks!"
