Congressman Zach Nunn, representing Iowa's 3rd district since 2023, has been active on social media discussing various pressing issues. On June 4, 2025, he shared several updates through his Twitter account.

In a tweet posted at 19:01 UTC, Congressman Nunn highlighted a recent success by the FBI in thwarting an agroterrorist threat linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He stated, "Just yesterday, @FBIDirectorKash confirmed that the FBI stopped a CCP-linked agroterrorist from smuggling a dangerous pathogen into the U.S. 36 years on from the Tiananmen Square massacre, the CCP's playbook hasn't changed. Proud to stand with @committeeonccp to expose it."

Later that day at 21:00 UTC, Nunn discussed housing affordability following a meeting with Iowa Realtors. He expressed concern over homeownership being out of reach for many Iowans and stated his commitment to bipartisan efforts aimed at reducing regulatory hurdles. "Great to meet with Iowa Realtors this morning. Homeownership is out of reach for too many Iowans, and I'm proud to lead on bipartisan solutions to reduce red tape and make the dream of owning a home a reality for more families," he tweeted.

In another update at 22:30 UTC, Congressman Nunn addressed efforts against opioid addiction. He credited critical SUPPORT Act programs and former President Trump's measures against fentanyl for reducing opioid deaths since 2018. Additionally, he mentioned his role in reauthorizing the SUPPORT Act and passing legislation to invest $20 million in local recovery organizations. "Since 2018, critical SUPPORT Act programs—alongside President Trump's crackdown on fentanyl—have brought down opioid deaths. Proud to help reauthorize the SUPPORT Act and pass my bill to invest $20M in hometown recovery organizations," he noted.

Zach Nunn was born in Story City, Iowa in 1979 and currently resides in Bondurant. Before serving in Congress, he held positions in both the Iowa House of Representatives and Senate.
